Symbio Digital Entertainment is a Video Game development studio located in China . The studio is focused on doing art for the newest console systems. Working with top industry publishers, we have a proven track record of delivering quality work on time, within budget in a highly secured environment.

Symbio Digital Entertainment employs some of the very best computer artists in China and is co-managed by very experienced western and Chinese personnel. Our studio members' expertise is in 3D, environments and character development as well as 2D concept and background art.

How did we get started:

Symbio Digital Entertainment (SDE) is the brainchild of John Ma and Col Stone of China-West International Group and Jacob Hsu of the Symbio Group, Inc. The plan is to build an outsourcing studio using China 's large talent pool and competitive labor cost, in a series of natural phases. Phase one is to train an art team for outsourcing graphics. Phase two is to build a programming team capable of porting games between systems and writing specialized tools of clients. The third phase will be to add a design team to support the art; programming groups, in order to develop games for the market in China . Our final goal is to offer a complete development solution to publishers worldwide.

Symbio Digital Entertainment is located in the Shang-Di Technology complex on the north-west side of Beijing . Shang-Di is the technology center of Beijing and surrounded by a number of technical universities which is a great resource for new talent.
